The Environmental Impact Assessment Regulation Has Been Amended
With the regulation published in the Official Gazette dated March 5, 2026 by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, various amendments have been made to the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Regulation.
In the prepared information note, the scope of the amendments, implementation provisions, and the current obligations involved in the relevant processes are summarized.
