TURKLAB’s newly elected Board for 2020-2021 was introduced to Ercan Gülay, and discussions were held on the MELBES system.

Clarification was received that no new laboratories will be allowed to open, and expansion of devices and scopes will not be permitted.
Discussions with Muhammet Ecel covered the removal of the ""Waste Oil Management Regulation"" published on December 21, 2020, with insights into the transition of waste oil recycling firms and a predicted reduction in their numbers within a year.
Oil group analyses could potentially be conducted in-house by firms.
Nazan Özyürek shared information on the draft ""Industrial Source Air Pollution Control Regulation"", explaining ongoing R&D efforts and their objectives.
