At the TURKLAB Board of Directors meeting, the issues encountered regarding the NACE codes of laboratories, along with proposed solutions, were discussed, with a decision to communicate these matters to the EUROLAB Accreditation and Standardization Working Group. The Board also discussed translation requests received in connection with the internationally attended “Temperature Measurement” Master Class training to be held in November, as well as accelerating sponsorship activities for the Conformity Assessment Conference. In addition, it was decided to initiate collection procedures for members with long-standing outstanding membership dues, approve representative changes requested by certain member organizations and update the relevant records, and implement a change in the Chairmanship of the Food Committee. As part of the evaluation of committee activities, it was also decided to organize a webinar titled “Radiation Awareness”, based on the results of the awareness and visibility survey prepared by the Radiation Metrology and Safety Committee.
