Our association's Calibration Committee held its first meeting of the year at Penta Automation, located in the historic setting of Karaköy. The meeting was attended by the association's president, Ms. Neşe Güneş, and was conducted in a warm atmosphere, complemented by the generous hospitality of Penta management while discussing an intensive agenda.

Key topics discussed during the meeting included:

• Provision of calibration standards and preparation of national calibration standards
• Development of a guiding document by jointly addressing TS EN ISO 10012 and ILAC P10 documents
• Improvements in services received from TÜBİTAK UME
• Discussions on representation of calibration laboratories within the association
• Survey and standard studies in the National Metrology Strategy and Action Plan 2015-2018
