TURKLAB Strengthens Communication with Committees and Members
As part of TURKLAB's new term strategic plan, responsibilities for Committee and Member Communication/Management have been assigned to:
- Neslihan Sözer (Committee Communication & Management)
- Dr. Metehan Çalış (Member Relations & Communication)
The first meeting under this initiative was held online on March 13, 2024, with the participation of Sector Committee Chairs.
Key Decisions & Discussion Points:
- Defining committee goals and roadmaps for the 2024-2026 period
- Expanding TURKLAB’s member portfolio
- Setting annual targets for committees
- Enhancing TURKLAB Academy’s training content based on member feedback
- Identifying needs related to the European Green Deal
- Organizing sector-specific webinars
- Ensuring the regular sharing of committee outputs
These initiatives aim to strengthen engagement between TURKLAB, its members, and sectoral committees.
