General Directorate of Metrology and Standardization “Metrology Strategy and Action Plan“ Meeting
On November 26, 2015, Zeynep Güldür and Aliye Kıyıcı represented TURKLAB at the meeting held at the Ministry of Science, Industry, and Technology regarding the Calibration Capability Inventory. Two agenda items outlined in the Ministry's Action Plan were discussed during the meeting.
The first item was focused on "developing a calibration capability inventory to identify infrastructure deficiencies and directing existing support mechanisms in the areas needed to address these deficiencies." The second agenda item was related to "conducting necessary work for the domestic production of measurement devices and equipment that are not currently produced in our country."
