Measurement Uncertainty Training
16–17 February 2026, the Measurement Uncertainty Training was conducted for the personnel of Standart Pompa ve Makina San. Tic. A.Ş.
On the first day of the training, following participant introductions and an overview of the training methodology, fundamental concepts and definitions were covered. Subsequently, the requirements regarding the evaluation of measurement uncertainty within the scope of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 were explained. Relevant terminology, an introduction to measurement uncertainty, calculation methods, different approaches, the evaluation process, and reporting principles were presented in detail.
On the second day, statistical techniques that can be used in the evaluation of measurement uncertainty were explained. The topic was reinforced through sample applications, and practical exercises were carried out with the participants.
The training was concluded following a general evaluation of the presentations and practical sessions.
