The TURKLAB Board of Directors Meeting Was Held

The TURKLAB Board of Directors Meeting, held online on 26 February 2026, was concluded with a busy agenda.

Some of the issues discussed during the meeting can be summarized as follows: initiating preparations for hosting the “NMM National Members Meeting” to be organized by EUROLAB in November 2026 in Istanbul; evaluating the “Guidance Document” prepared based on international guidelines in coordination with the Ministry of Trade; reviewing the training programs planned for calibration laboratories; and planning the participation processes for the international congress to be organized by the Halal Accreditation Agency (HAK).

During the meeting, the membership applications of QSI Certification Inspection and Test Services Ltd. and Karadeniz Technical Test Laboratory Safety Laboratory were also evaluated in line with the membership criteria, and it was decided that they would join the TURKLAB family.

With the strength it receives from its members, TURKLAB continues to contribute to the conformity assessment sector and to lead developments in the field.
