The TS EN ISO 19011:2018 Internal Audit Training (for TS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017) was conducted for the staff of Istanbul University–Cerrahpaşa Institute of Forensic Medicine and Forensic Sciences on 11–12 December 2025, lasting approximately 16 hours.
Following a general introduction to the TS EN ISO 19011:2018 standard, the training covered audit-related terms and definitions, audit principles, management of the audit program, conducting audits, writing nonconformities, root cause analysis, impact analysis, corrective actions, and auditor competence. Presentations were delivered on these topics, accompanied by information on sample practices and hands-on exercises.
The training was completed with case studies and practical exercises.
