Calibration Certificate Evaluation"" Webinar Successfully Conducted
As part of the three awareness training sessions planned for 2023, the second webinar, ""Calibration Certificate Evaluation,"" was conducted on November 22, 2023, by Gamze Yıldırım Uzunyayla (Taha Giyim – LCW).
With approximately 200 participants, the webinar covered:
Key requirements for calibration certificates based on TÜRKAK Guide Document R 20-18.
Evaluation of calibration certificates for commonly used laboratory equipment, including:
- Oven
- Volumetric Flask (Balon Joje)
- Balance
- Thermocouple
- Temperature-Humidity Meter
- Application of decision rules in certificate evaluation.
The session was highly interactive, with real-time Q&A following each certificate review.
Feedback from participants indicated that the training successfully met its objectives in certificate verification and interpretation, demonstrating increased awareness and competency in the field.
