Visit to the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Trade
Our President, Halit Karaboğa, along with the Board Members in his delegation, visited Hakkı Karabörklü, the General Director of Product Safety and Inspection at the Ministry of Trade, on September 13, 2023.
During the visit, developments in market surveillance and inspection processes, collaboration opportunities, and the grievances experienced by Consumer Product Laboratories regarding the pricing applied for the Ministry of Trade were discussed. It was mutually agreed that the prices remained significantly low compared to market conditions and test costs, and improvement proposals were evaluated.
